As a true native, born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Chris is more than equipped with not just industry knowledge but local insights to help our clients make the right decision. Chris earned his real estate license in early 2015.
Unlike most agents, he jumped in head first as a full time agent and hit the ground running. In a short period of time, Chris was able to work his way into the top 20% of agents in his local brokerage office and also become a member of their exclusive Agent Leadership Committee. Additionally, in 2019 Chris was awarded the very special honor of the Keller Williams Exceptional Culture Award. Chris was selected out of 350 agents to represent his office for his outstanding contribution not only to his clients but fellow agents in the firm.
Recently, Chris has developed a more focused niche with our Investor and builder clients. Chris has headed up both Flip and New Construction projects and has been a very useful resource for our clients looking to expand over into building a real estate investment portfolio.
When he’s not negotiating deals and ripping down walls, Chris enjoys spending quality time with his two kids, relaxing with friends, traveling, going to the movies and trying new restaurants.
Start with passion! That is Alice's mantra and her approach to Real Estate and life overall. Alice is a graduate of Georgia State University where she earned her Bachelor's in Finance. From there Alice took her talents and skilled to the banking industry where she spent over 17 years building a strong foundation in learning the financial world from both a consumer and commercial aspect.
In 2013, Alice earned her Real Estate License and quickly realized that this is where her passion truly lies. After building several solid relationships and helping a few clients to the closing table, Alice decided it was time to build upon the growing momentum. In 2014, Alice started 'Elle Vantage Real Estate Group' known as 'The Elle Vantage Group.' Joining Alice in 2015 to build this team was her husband, Chris Hunter. Together they have driven the team to be a success selling numerous homes equating to over $22 million in real estate sales.
On a personal note, Alice shares with a Chris a teenage son whom they love dearly and a budding little baby girl. In her spare time, Alice enjoys cooking, gardening, singing and anything done in the great outdoors. Alice loves to travel though she's been a bit tied to the business and not tending to her destination desires. Alice hopes to one day retire on an island where she can awake to the sweet and serene sounds of the ocean each day. Until that day arrives Alice will continue to live by one of her favorite quotes..."How you do anything is how you do everything" and it is her desire to do everything with love, integrity and grace!
